After skiing, some people choose to hit up the local spas for relaxation, while others turn to the Diamond Peak night life. There are plenty of casinos nearby within The Hyatt Regency, Cal-Neva Resort and Tahoe Biltmore, or for dancing and drinks locals stop by Breeze, a nightclub.
