Catalyst is Copper Mountain's famous terrain park, this is where that extreme skier and snowboarder will get their fix. The park is set up with beginner and intermediate tracks, in order to improve the freestyle skills before going "big." Once your skills are developed…get ready, because Catalyst has some massive tabletops, extreme hips, crazy rails and an 18-foot quarter pipe, just waiting for any potential challenger. Once you're through the park the fun doesn't end...an award-winning 430-ft long and 18-ft high superpipe is awaiting you. Among other renovations and investments the resort has made, Copper Mountain also bought snowcats strictly for the terrain park and the superpipe, making it one of the best-maintained parks in Colorado.
